
Well known for his expertise in the automotive parts industry, Anthony Snoddy also owns GreenMoxie Australia Pty Ltd in Perth, Australia, which recycles plastic into fencing for horses and other applications. Anthony Snoddy has 46 years of business management experience.
Prior to his work at GreenMoxie, Mr. Snoddy was the presiding officer and owner of Exemplar Manufacturing Company in Ypsilanti, Michigan, a supplier of vehicle electrical systems, nuts, bolts, and other fasteners for General Motors (GM), Ford, and Chrysler.
He moved to Exemplar after two decades of service in various managerial roles with GM. Beginning in materials management, Mr. Snoddy was eventually promoted to the GM Procurement Staff responsible for engineering staffing, robotics, construction and other commodities.
Mr. Snoddy has been honored for being the largest independent full-service North American maker of electrical systems for cars. Black Enterprise placed him in the top 10 percent of 100 minority-owned companies, and he also obtained minority owner recognition in Michigan. He is a distinguished alumnus of Eastern Michigan University, which granted him a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology and approved graduate coursework for him.
Mr. Snoddy is involved in charities such as the United Way, the United Negro College Fund, and several museums. He sits on the board of directors of several nonprofits and schools.
